The management team of Roikos S.A. has formulated a specific Policy for Quality Assurance, which constitutes an integral part of the company’s operations and as such is put into practice in all tiers of the organizational structure. The core principle and commitment is the delivery of high level qualitative services that adhere to the contractual terms and agreements and comply with the existing legal and regulatory framework.

The Quality Assurance Policy is implemented through a set of actions aiming at:

• The establishment of a Quality Management System (QMS) based on the International Standard ISO 9001, which is effectively applied to the whole range of activities that might affect the quality of the services provided and the degree of client’s satisfaction.
  

  Since 1999, the company’s QMS is regularly reviewed and validated through certification issued by the international agency TÜV NORD CERT GmbH.

• The adoption of the principle of continuous improvement in the services provided, which is achieved by means of interim reviews of the effectiveness and efficiency of the QMS applied, through regularly or extraordinarily scheduled internal and external controls and inspections.
• The well-informed briefing of the staff to the Quality Assurance Policy in place, its goals and objectives.
• The creation of functional channels for communication exchange between the different company’s departments, in order to promote the homogeneous dissemination of the Quality Assurance Policy objectives at all operational levels.
