Signing a new contract with the Municipality of Doxato
ROIKOS SA, following an open tender according to the provisions of Article 6 of Law 3316/05, signed on 05.02.2013 a contract with the Municipality of Doxato for the preparation of the preliminary study entitled “Study for the replacement of the WWTP and for the construction of the external sewerage network to connect the settlements in the Municipality of Doxato”.
The study aims to promote the integrated management of wastewater treatment in the Municipality of Doxato and within its extended boundaries under the recent legislation for the new local administrative units. The project includes the study of the infrastructure for wastewater transfer from the settlements Kalambaki, Agia Paraskevi, Kalamona, Nerofrakti and Ftelia to the existing WWTP in the Municipality of Doxato, the necessary work for the upgrading and extension of the existing WWTP, as well as the investigation of the best alternative in terms of technical and economic aspects for serving the settlements of the Municipal District Kirion and the identification of the necessary works to improve the functioning of the existing network of pipelines.
The budget of the preliminary study is 31.863 € plus VAT, and the prior-estimated budget for the final study phase is 428.008 € plus VAT. The study is co-funded by the Operational Programme “Environment and Sustainable Development (EPPERAA) 2007-2013”. At this stage of the competition, apart from us, two other consortia have been preselected, led by the company NAMA SA and the company YDROANALYSIS LTD.
