Signing a new contract with the Municipality of Acharnes
Our company ROIKOS S.A., following an open tender launched by the Municipality of Acharnes, was awarded the contract titled: “Cadastral survey – Town planning study – Detailed planning layout for the urban district Unit-17 in the Municipality of Acharnes”. The contract was signed on the 20th of May 2014 with a total fee of 473.045,00 € plus VAT and thirty six months overall deadline for completion.
The project will be financed by own funds of the Municipality of Acharnes, while the Joint Ministerial Decision 5494/4-2-2004 (Official Government Gazette 204Β/2004) will be also applied, setting the “Terms, conditions and procedure for collecting cash advances from homeowners in areas to be included in the town plan”.
The contract’s scope is the conduct of the necessary detailed planning and other supportive studies for the location “Monomati” (unit-17) in the Municipality of Acharnes, in order to be included in the approved town plan. Monomati has an area of 110 hectares and is located southeast of the center of Menidi (capital of the Municipality of Acharnes). More specifically, our company will conduct Topographical studies (cadastral survey and maps), Town planning studies, Hydraulic Studies (streams’ delineation) and Geological suitability studies of the area.
