Signing a new contract with the Municipality of Rhodes
Our company has been commissioned with the execution of the project “Provision of Energy Inspection Services for the building of the Municipal Hall of Rhodes town” by the Department of Medieval Town & Monuments of the Municipality of Rhodes, with the main objective of reviewing and analysing the existing energy conditions of the building, issuing of its Energy Certificate and developing & assessing scenarios for the improvement of its energy footprint through the proposition of specific interventions.
The Rhodes Municipal Hall complex was built in the mid-1930s on the west side of Empire Square (Piazza Impero, currently named “Liberty Square”). The complex was built to house the headquarters of the Fascism Club (Casa Littoria) and is a prime example of that architectural era.
