New contract with the Ministry of Culture & Tourism
Our company ROIKOS SA on 2.3.2023 signed a contract with the Ministry of Culture & Tourism for the elaboration of the study of the project “BUILDING ENERGY UPGRADE OF THE MUSEUM OF THE ROYAL TOMBS OF AIGAI (VERGINA), THE ARCHAEOLOGICAL MUSEUM OF PELLA AND THE ARCHAEOLOGICAL MUSEUM OF KAVALA”.
The project aims to rationalize the energy needs of the three Museums Buildings, through the building energy efficiency improvement, while in parallel, the visiting conditions and the relevant offered cultural services will be considered and optimized.
The main objectives of the contract include the assessment of the three Museums energy performance, that will lead to the proposal and implementation study of the appropriate improvement interventions, and the respective tender documents, with the aim of the energy efficiency upgrade of the buildings, in compliance with the current rules and regulations and modern technologies, in order to achieve the lowest possible energy consumption and the best possible rating (class) of their energy performance.
