New contract signed with the Municipality of Paros
Our company, in a consortium with the company MEAS SA, has signed on 21.06.2017 a contract agreement with the Municipality of Paros to prepare the preliminary study of the project: “Study of the 2nd High School of Parikia town in Paros island”, in the framework of an open tender which is conducted in accordance with the provisions of article 6 of Law 3316/05.
The subject of the study is the construction of the 2nd High School of Paros at the location “St George” in Parikia town, with a capacity of 450 students, as well as the configuration of its surrounding area. The aim of the study is to build a sustainable building which, with the appropriate spatial organisation, will safeguard the optimal satisfaction of the functional needs of a modern high school and will stimulate the interest of students and the wider local community.
With the construction of the 2nd High School in Parikia town, the acute housing problems faced by the existing building complex of the Paros High School due to the actual increase in the student population, will be resolved.
The total estimated budget for all study phases is 460.182 Euro, plus VAT, and is funded by the Public Investment Fund.
