Signing a new contract with the Municipal Water and Sewage Company of Ioannina

Our companies ROIKOS SA (leader) and INTEGER SA have been commissioned, following the international tender launched by the Municipal Water and Sewage Company of Ioannina (DEYAI), the contract: “Design of Sewerage system of the City of Ioannina.” The contract was signed on 02.05.2013, the project budget is 1.054.922,00 € plus VAT, and its completion deadline is 9 months.

The aim of the contract, which is co-funded by Operational Programme “Environment and Sustainable Development (EPPERAA) 2007-2013”, is to design the wastewater sewerage systems of the following settlements in the wider region of the city of Ioannina: Kardamitsia, Exochi (Nea Zoi), Tsiflikopoulo, Drosia – Penteli, K. Neochoropoulo, Neochoropoulo, K. Marmara, Stavraki, Olympiada and Sismoplikta (that lay within the basin of the local stream Lagkatsi which flows to the lake Pamvotida), Amphithea and the island of St. Marina. The wastewater will flow to the existing WWTP of Ioannina. In particular, the project includes the hydraulic study and design of the sewerage network in the villages under study, of the wastewater pump stations, the pipelines (gravity system), as well as electro-mechanical study of the pump stations, surveying and geotechnical surveys, the necessary building and environmental studies and the preparation of the tender documents.
