Our company ROIKOS SA (Leader) in a joint venture with Z&A SA, on 12.03.2021 has signed a contract for providing "Consulting Services for Development of an Integrated City Wide Sanitation Plan, Feasibility Study and Detail Design of Waste Water Management System for Arba Minch and Sodo Towns". SNNP Water, Mines and Energy Development Bureau is the Client of this Project and will conduct the procurement and contract management while during the study and design period, deliverables of the Consultants will be reviewed by the Ministry of Water, Irrigation and Energy, Oromia Water, Mineral and Energy Bureau, as well as Utilities and Town-level Stakeholders. The overall objective of the study is to conduct assessment, feasibility study and detail design of wastewater management schemes, enabling realization of citywide inclusive sanitation (CWIS) for the two Ethiopian towns, Wolaita Sodo and Arbaminch (approx. 175,000 and 200.000 inhabitants respectively). Signing a new contract with the Municipal Company of Water Supply and Sewage System Rhodes (Greece)

Our company ROIKOS SA (leader) in joint venture with NAMA SA & ENVECO SA, signed on 30.12.2020 a contract with the Municipal Company of Water Supply and Sewerage System of Rhodes island (DEAYR) in Greece for the project “Framework Contract for the preparation of the Environmental Studies for the WWTPs & the Sewerage Infrastructures on the Island of Rhodes.” The scope of work of the Framework contract involves the design maturation of the sanitation infrastractures on the island of Rhodes (new sanitation works & rehabilitation of the existing ones), while in parallel the solving of the current environmental licencing issues of the existing sanitation management works, which mainly consist of the requirement to adapt to the new environmental legislation. It is pointed out that our company, in the framework of previous contracts, has been successfully cooperating with DEYAR since 2004, providing consulting and design services for the maturation and implementation of water supply and wastewater management projects on the island of Rhodes.

New contract for the development of the Business Park for environmental remediation of Inofyta On the 1st of October 2020, our company ROIKOS SA (Leader) in partnership with the company SAMARAS & ASSOCIATES SA, signed a contract with the Inofyta Business Park Development Company (EANEP OA), for the “Provision of Design and Consulting Services to the Inofyta Business Park Development Company (EANEP OA) for the preparation of the necessary studies and application for approval of the Business Park of Inofyta development.” The scope of the contract is to provide engineering and consulting services in order to conduct all the required studies and to support EANEP OA during the submission and evaluation of the application for the development of an Organised Business Park in the purpose of an environmental and operational remediation of the existing Informal Industrial Concentration as this is described in the L. 3982/2011 par.1 of art.56. Antonaropoulos and Associates SA signed on 07.08.2020 a contract with the Sewerage Board of Limassol Amathus (SBLA) in Cyprus for the project “Provision of Consultancy Services for (a) Additional Studies, (b) Preparation of bidding documents for tenders, (c) Evaluation of offers and (d) Supervision of flood construction works in the area of Limassol City Centre”. Signing a new contract with the Water Board of Lemesos

Our company ROIKOS SA signed on 9.06.2020 a contract with the Water Board of Lemesos (WBL) in Cyprus for the study and supervision of the necessary works for the water supply of large investment and development projects being implemented or planned at the west side of the Lemesos City (Cazino Resort (photo), Golf, Mall, residential development etc). Briefly, the services that that our company will provide under the contract include the drafting of a feasibility study, the final design of the projects, the preparation of tender documents, the supervision of construction work and the provision of consulting services during the first operation of the project and the test of water transfer. Signing a new contract with Greater Volos city Municipal Water & Sewerage Enterprise

Our company ROIKOS S.A., in cooperation with NAMA S.A. company, signed a contract with the Municipal Water & Sewerage Enterprise of Greater Volos city area (DEYAMV) on 26.02.2020, for the implementation of the contract "TECHNICAL CONSULTANT FOR SUPPORT SERVICES TO THE CLIENT IN THE SUPERVISION OF THE CO-FUNDED SUB-PROJECT “WWTP EXPANSION FOR RECEPTION OF WASTEWATER FROM THE TOWNS OF AGRIAS AND N. AGHIALOS (SETTLEMENTS CLASSIFIED IN THE 3RD PRIORITY AREAS)". The scope of the contract is to support DEYAMV in the supervision and implementation of the project "WWTP Expansion for reception of wastewater from the towns of Agrias and N. Anchialos (that are settlements classified in the 3rd priority areas)", which concerns the upgrading and expansion of the existing Wastewater Treatment Plant in Volos, in order to increase its capacity to serve all settlements within the City of Volos Greater area (Population Equivalent 215.000 inhabitants). It is noted that our company, under previous contracts, has been successfully cooperating with DEYAMV since 2005, providing advisory and consulting services for the maturation and the implementation of the water supply and wastewater management projects in the Municipality of Volos.

Our company ROIKOS SA (Leader) in joint venture with Ζ&Α Consulting Engineers, signed on 30.12.2019 a contract with the Sewerage Board of Limassol – Amathus (SBLA) in Cyprus for the execution of the project “Supply of Services for (A) supplementary and new studies, (B) preparation of tender documents, (C) evaluation of the offers received, (D) supervision of the construction works of the sewage system in Government Housing Settlements in Limassol and (E) supervision of in-house works”. The overall objective of the project is to support SBLA in its implementation programme for compliance with European Urban Wastewater Directive 91/271/EC. Briefly, the services that will be provided by our company in the context of the above contract are: Check, confirmation and/or review of the existing construction designs. Conducting of supplementary studies (road condition survey, domestic connections, traffic management related to construction works, Safety and Health Plan). Preparation of technical specifications and tender documents. Evaluation of the bidding offers received and submission of relative technical report to the SBLA. Participation in the “Waste 2019: Solid and Liquid Waste” conference

The General Manager of our company, Mr. Andreas Grivas, participated in the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE) Conference "WASTE 2019: Solid and Liquid Waste", which took place on October 31, 2019, at the Grande Bretagne Hotel in Athens, under the auspices of the Greek Ministry of Environment & Energy. A. Grivas participated in the section relating to Liquid Waste, in which he presented several important issues and problems that are faced with in all phases of maturation, implementation and operation of wastewater treatment, disposal and re-use projects.
